Thousands and thousands of jobs at any given time not typically found on the job boards...

    So now let’s shift gears real quick, and just spend a couple more minutes to focus specifically on your JOB SEARCH:
    1. Overall, how is your job search going - Scale 1-10?
    Ok - what makes you say that?
    2. Are you consistently able to find relevant jobs you’re interested in and truly, honestly qualified for? 
    Would having access to more relevant jobs that really are a good match for you could be helpful?
    5. How many of those companies you've applied to have you heard back from a real live person that they’re interested in interviewing you?
    7. How many of those companies have you advanced to an in-person or virtual next step interviews with?

    5 Core WorkOuts:

    So basically here’s how it works - We have 5 Core WorkOuts

    These are one hour, one-on-one on-line interactive calls, so it would be you and I connecting directly that you schedule whenever it is most convenient for you. And then in between the WorkOuts, there's follow up action items for both of us so it's a team effort.

    There are specific milestones and objectives at each step along the way in the process that we target together and we don't move on to the next step until you're making progress in each of those areas...

    4 - Phone Interviews:

    The bottom line, with the S.H.A.R.E. Program, You WILL get Interviews - so the next two (2) WorkOuts are dedicated to make sure you're 100% ready to ace them!

    As you know, it's very rare that you'll actually be extended an offer on an initial phone interview. So the real goal here is to make sure you're one of the final candidates that moves on to the next step(s) more often than not.

    5 - In-Person or Virtual Next Step Interviews and Offers: 

    So now that you've advanced and made it all the way to the goal line - we make sure you’re fully prepared and YOU are the one getting the offer and landing that job YOU really want!

    Now we're not perfect, but we've gotten pretty good. In fact, at this point 97%+ of the candidates who go through the five (5) WorkOuts land great jobs they are interested in and qualified for in less than 3 months.

    For a lot of candidates, it doesn't even take all 5 WorkOuts because they get offers sooner...
    Win-Win Success S.H.A.R.E. Program - Plans:

    To keep it simple and provide as much flexibility as possible, we have 3 Plans:


    1: GameChanger - This is our a la carte plan where you can pick and choose or mix and match any of the 5 WorkOuts in any order. While it is the least cost effective option, it does provide the most flexibility - $129 per WorkOut ($654 Total)

    2: SportPack - First 3 WorkOuts (1-3) for Just $99 per WorkOut ($297 Total) 

    3: FastTrack - All 5 Core WorkOuts - Only $79 per WorkOut OR per Month ($395 Total)

    SUPER SEARCH - We do have one more very unique variation of the FastTrack that offers the most flexibility by far called our Super Search.  Everything is exactly the same as the FastTrack Plan so All 5 WorkOuts - the only difference is how you pay for it.
    • There's almost nothing up front - so again, similar to a monthly gym membership
    • The Super Search Plan is only $39 per WorkOut or per Month plus a small "Success Fee" if and when (and ONLY when) you successfully land your next job
    • Believe it or not, the Success Fee is only 1/10th of 1% of your starting base salary
    • Commissions and Bonus' are excluded
    • So for example, believe or not for a $100,000 base salary, the Success Fee would only be $100

    INTERNAL ONLY: ($195 plus $500 Success Fee - $695 Total = $139 per WorkOut)

    So again, we try to give you as many options and provide as much flexibility as possible so you can choose the plan that works best for you.

    We even take all of the risk out of the equation for you. Regardless of which option you select, you are never obligated to continue and you can opt out and cancel at any time.

    You get to test and THEN Invest. And it IS an investment in yourself...

    What that means, believe it or not,  we would actually pass that along to you and completely refund 100% of anything you’ve paid towards any WorkOuts up to that point. Pretty cool right?

​Just like with every other recruiting firm, our ongoing RECRUITING efforts are completely free. The BASIC level is we have your resume on file, so if/when we happen to get a (Function/Industrial/Location) job that might be a good match for you, we’ll certainly reach out to you. 

​However, as you probably know, this isn’t very proactive, it’s much more of a hit or miss, wait and see approach and nothing’s guaranteed. Let’s face it, pretty much every recruiter/search firm says this to every candidate but you rarely ever hear back from them right? You may never hear back from us either...that’s why it’s FREE.
